Refund policy

DP Inventory Saddles have a 14 day trial period (including the time to ship back to DP, sometime 5 business days or more). Plan to book your fitting with a Top Hat Tack representative as soon as your saddle arrives. Independent fitters are not trained to fit DP saddles so they will not be a reliable alternative. An RMA is required for any returned items. Items must be returned in new undamaged condition. Damages will be deducted from the return amount. Restocking is $100, Credit card fees and shipping are non refundable. There is no Restocking fee if you Exchange for another saddle or custom build a saddle. 

Custom orders, Fur, wool or cloth items are non returnable/refundable. A return shipping can be provided at our reduced corporate rate, cost will be deducted from the return amount. 

Vness Saddles have a 14 day trial period if they are marked Demo. Price reflects the demo discount for gently used items. Custom orders are non refundable. Damages will be deducted from the return amount. 

PRI saddle pads or animal items are non returnable if they have been on a horse or there is any hair on them. Items that are returned will need to be in new condition for resale. 

If the customer cancels an order that is not a defective item the customer will be responsible for the original credit card fees (Approx 3+% depending on the card type you used AMEX is higher) as well as the fees for returning the funds to your card (Approx 3+% depending on the card type you used AMEX is higher). If there are any vendor fees incurred by the seller those costs will also be deducted from the return amount.
