The DP Saddlery Quantum Short and Light is 20 inches long and about 20 lbs. Built on an English Flex tree with an easy twist fully adjustable gullet. SEE HOW IT WORKS HERE Helps fit Extra wide horses and ultra narrow horses. Easily twist to adjust within a few seconds. The girth used with this saddle is a short Dressage style 2 buckle girth. This saddle is about 21 in long, about 20 lbs with a Skirt length of about 12in

This saddle has two different seat options. Regular and Western Dressage. The Western Dressage seat has a narrower twist and the stirrup bars are usually set back about 2 cm.

 

The Quantum Western Short and Light can be ridden with a standard Dressage pad, and English 2 buckle short girth. The fenders can easily be removed and replaced with English stirrup leathers to lighten the saddle even more. Fenders come in three sizes Short 22.5 in/58 cm, Medium 27 in/68cm and Long 31in/78cm

Ideal for trail rides, Western Dressage, Working Equitation, Endurance, Training, general training. Because the gullet is adjustable this saddle is not suitable for tie off roping. You need a reinforced wood tree for that kind of impact.
