Lisboa General Information:
DP Saddlery Lisboa is a traditional Portuguesa saddle. It has an easy twist adjustable gullet system. See How The Gullet Works HERE The girth used with this saddle is a short Dressage style 2 buckle girth. DP Girths HERE.
Saddle length is about 21in, Flap Length is about 20in, Weight about 17.5lb. Ultra flex tree for your horse to be free to move. The panels are designed to maximize the weight distribution area while minimizing the length of the distribution.
This saddle is used for Working Equitation, Classical Dressage (not USEF), baroque riding styles, bullfighting, Trail, Training.
It features a deep seat and high front and rear galleries that give the rider a secure feeling in the saddle. Above all, the large rear gallery, which reaches up to the rider's thigh, optimally supports the rider in dynamic maneuvers. For the perfect Lusitano look, the saddle offers the option of attaching a Xairel.
